Collector membership is not a subscription to a service. It is a standing relationship with a gallery — curated, unhurried, and made entirely for the serious collector.

Special collections.
Early access to private lots — works by Affandi, Hendra Gunawan, and Sudjojono that never reach the public listing board. You see them first, you choose first.
Early access opens 48 hours before public sale. Collector-only lots are marked ♔ and unlisted externally. Approximately 12–15 collector lots per quarter.

Auction halls.
A reserved seat at every live auction, with two-hour advance collector access for preview. Physical viewing rooms in Jakarta, Bali, and Singapore.
Each sale has a collector session beginning two hours before the public open. Viewing rooms are available during the preview period by appointment.

Custodial insurance.
Full coverage on every fraction you hold while your membership is active. A signed insurance certificate is issued annually.
Coverage is per-fraction and proportional to your holding value. Applies to all works in custody under the Art Piece smart contract.

A dedicated concierge, a private annual viewing at Museum Affandi, and one signed artist catalogue delivered to your door each year.
Your concierge responds within four working hours. The private museum viewing is by arrangement — typically a two-hour evening with a senior curator.

Can I cancel my membership at any time?+
Yes. You may cancel at any time by writing to info@artipiece.id. Your access continues until the end of the current annual period. There are no refunds for partial years, but cancellation takes effect immediately and no further charges are made.
Does collector membership affect my fraction ownership?+
No. Your fractions are held by the smart contract and remain yours regardless of membership status. Collector membership provides access and privileges; it does not affect the legal deed of your fraction. If you cancel, you keep every fraction you own.
Is the custodial insurance automatic?+
Yes. Insurance activates upon membership confirmation and is automatically renewed each year with your membership. A signed certificate is posted to you in January. Coverage is proportional to your holding value.
How does the private museum viewing work?+
Your concierge will arrange a two-hour private viewing at Museum Affandi, conducted by a senior curator. Visits are available on Thursday and Friday evenings, subject to museum schedule. Travel and accommodation are not included.
Is payment accepted in IDR?+
Yes. You may pay in USD, IDR, or USDC. The annual fee is $1,000 — approximately Rp 16.000.000 at current rates. Your concierge can arrange a local bank transfer invoice if you prefer to pay in IDR.
